Yes! What a great word to say as we begin to heal and feel better. So often our being in a state of “dis-ease” causes us to say no to the aspects of life we once took for granted.
Taking steps to live life fully requires an action plan, patience and practice. Some habits are difficult to break and new ones are difficult to establish but the benefits of making change can be astounding.
We are fortunate to have exceptional resources here in Columbia to improve our quality of life. In addition, publications and internet sites dedicated to the same make it easy for us to tailor a program to our needs and limitations.
